We had a great Christmas. My parents visited for a couple of weeks, which was very nice and relaxing, and included free dog walking services, since my mom loved walking Zora! However, it was also bitter cold at times, and Zora is not exactly a winter-dog, so unfortunately there were no long walks in the greenbelt. I guess that's part of winter here!
We hosted Christmas dinner in Kanata, with Nolan's parents and sister coming over as well, and for some reason Carice got absolutely spoiled!!
She is doing really well and growing so fast! It sounds very cliché, but it's so true. Looking back at pictures when she was first born, she looks so tiny then. Oh, and did I mention that she sleeps 10 hrs straight at night? Yes, we're spoiled too!
In other news, Nolan is starting a new job in a couple of weeks. He's had a little bit of time off in between the two jobs, which has been really, really nice. I know it will be hard when he goes back to work and I lose my live-in babysitter!
